RETURNS
Aren't delighted with your order? We want to make it right! We gladly accept returns of NONPERSONALIZED pieces within 10 days of receiving your order for store credit or money back. Shipping costs are excluded. Returns are subject to a flat $7 processing fee. If you choose store credit, we will waive the $7 fee. You will receive your refund within 5 business days of the item's safe arrival at the Tickle Bug Jewelry studio. Items are eligible for return as long as they are in their original condition. Items that are heavily worn, damaged, tangled are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return within 10 days of delivery of your order, please email hello@ticklebugjewelry.com with your name and order number. Orders that are returned without prior approval are not applicable for refund or exchange.Â
Clearance items are always final sale.
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons, however if there is a defect, please reach out.
PERSONALIZED ITEMÂ RETURNS
Items that are personalized qualify as a custom-made item and are NOT eligible for an exchange or refund unless there is a quality defect or an error in the personalization that is the fault of Tickle Bug Jewelry. Â
WRONG PERSONALIZATION
Please double check all personalization and spelling is correct when submitting your order. Tickle Bug Jewelry is not responsible for the misspelling of names that are entered incorrectly and are not eligible for an exchange or refund. Tickle Bug Jewelry, at the owner's discretion, may offer a small discount code to repurchase. Please email hello@ticklebugjewelry.com if there has been an error.Â
DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN JEWELRY (LESS THAN 90 DAYS FROM PURCHASE)
We offer a generous 90 day warranty against breakage and major scratches and will replace the item free of charge. You will be asked for photos for our records. To qualify for the item to be replaced, you must email within 90 days of purchase.Â
DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN JEWELRY (MORE THAN 90 DAYS FROM PURCHASE)
We are able to repair your necklace or bracelet after 90 days from purchase for a $15 FIX IT fee in the following ways:
- Fix a chain if it has broken at the jump ring or clasp
- Replace a faulty or broken clasp
By purchasing the fix it fee, you agree to send back your item within 14 days of purchasing the fee or your order will be archived, and you will need to repurchase the fix it fee. The fix it fee does not cover shipping to our TBJ studio, however it does cover shipping back to you within the United States. International orders are subject to higher shipping costs and will be discussed with customer service.

RING SIZING POLICY
Please be sure you have your accurate ring size before ordering rings. You can purchase a reusable plastic ring sizer here or head to your local jeweler to be sized. We recommend sizing up one size when stacking more than 3 rings as they take up more width on your finger. All rings are created on a ring sizing mandrel and checked for sizing accuracy before leaving our studio. If your rings do not fit, you will need to have a local jeweler resize your rings, as we are unable to do so. We also can offer a one time 40% discount on a new set of rings in the desired size if preferred. DO NOT order rings if you are unsure of the size.
FADED LETTERING ON RINGS
We offer two styles of lettering on our rings: natural or darkened. As stated in our product pages, the blackening is semi-permanent and will fade over time. This is not a defect of the rings and is to be expected when ordering the "darkened" option. If this is a concern of yours, please order the "natural' option for a truly maintenance-free experience. Please read our guide on how to redarken the lettering on your rings here. Â
WRONG LENGTH
Our standard necklace chain is an adjustable 16-18" length that has a built-in extender. We do offer a removeable 2-inch extender to give your chain added length if needed.Â
Our bracelets include a built in 1 inch extender chain to help you get the best fit. If you need a different size, you can start the exchange process within 10 days of delivery of your order as long as the bracelet is unworn.
TARNISHING JEWELRY
All Tickle Bug Jewelry is 14k gold filled or sterling silver and is anti-tarnish. This means with proper care, it will retain its shine and color. Please read our Jewelry Care Guide for more information on how to keep your jewelry looking great. All jewelry needs to be cared for and we encourage you to protect your investment by properly cleaning and storing your pieces when not being worn.
If your jewelry tarnishes, we will assist you in restoring your piece back to its original shine. Email hello@ticklebugjewelry.com and we'll get you back to shining in no time!
CANCELING AN ORDER
You may cancel an order and receive a full refund if our team has not started fulfilling the item yet. To see if your order qualifies for cancellation, please email hello@ticklebugjewelry.com with your order number. We cannot cancel an order once we have begun making it.
CHANGING A SHIPPING ADDRESS
You may change your shipping address if we have not fulfilled your order yet. If the package has already been shipped, you will need to wait until the package is returned to Tickle Bug and then you can pay a $5 shipping fee to ship it to the correct address.
