- Book Your Private Home Parties of 8 people or more!
- Free Hand Stamping Instructions, Tips and Tricks, and Lots of FUN!
- *NO experience needed!*
- Ages 10 and up for Birthday Parties
- Ages 8 and up with one-on-one parent help
- Booking Host will be invoiced $50 to reserve their date. This payment will be refunded only for parties of 8 or more. In order to avoid paying this fee, 8 guests or more must reserve and pay for their ticket in advance. Your $50 payment will be refunded at that time.
- Tickets for each participant must be PAID FOR by the deadline set when booking your party. These payments are nonrefundable unless party is cancelled by Tickle Bug Jewelry.
- The Booking Host is responsible for inviting possible attendees and handling ongoing communication to get friends to purchase their tickets before the deadline. Tickle Bug Jewelry will provide a private link and password to your Party's Eventbrite Ticket Page that you can share with your invitees. We MAY utilize a private Facebook group for your party to handle all preorders/tickets as well as for ease of communication before your reserved party. Please contact TBJ as soon as you would like to schedule your party, as Parties must be reserved 14 days in advance of requested date. $50 deposit is needed at time of booking to reserve your date and will only be refunded if a minimum of 8 guests pay for their ticket in advance by the deadline.
- *KIDS PARTIES: We are adding kids parties soon! Please shoot us a message if interested! Full payment for children's parties are due up front at time of booking to reserve your date.
- There may be opportunities for additional birthstones and charms to be purchased at the party. Our instructors have the ability to accept all major credit cards using our secure Square account.
- NO FOOD OR DRINKS WILL BE PROVIDED by Tickle Bug Jewelry for private home parties, However you are encouraged to arrange for your own meals, snacks, or drinks for your party! This allows for 2 -4 people stamping at a time and the other participants can be enjoying your delicious snacks with friends while waiting!
- Once your item is stamped, our instructors will assemble and finish each piece so you can take it with you when you leave! No more waiting!
- We will arrive to set up about 20 minutes prior to the party.
- Please allow 2-2.5 hours for our party
